WHY A CRAFT CAFE?
The Love Makers Cafe exists to celebrate making, curiosity and community. Whether you're a dab hand already but fancy some company or haven't picked up a brush since school, you're welcome.
An antidote to the pervasive perfectionism, loneliness and tech overwhelm of modern life, this is a space where play and experimentation, easy conversation (or companionable quiet) and working with our hands is encouraged.
Put simply, we believe in:
IRL face-to-face friendship and community
using our hands to make things
and all the feel-good stuff that those things bring.

ABOUT ANNA
Anna has loved making things for as long as she can remember: figuring out saws and soldering irons at her dad's knee; then as a fine art and ceramics scholar, before life aboard her first houseboat whilst at university cemented her passion for practical creativity and working with her hands.
The Love Makers Craft Café represents a lifelong goal to bring all her passion and enthusiasm for community, making and learning new skills together in the perfect location and her new home: Bath.
